Cardiogenic ShockCardiogenic shock is a life-threatening state of low cardiac output due to severe myocardial dysfunction, often following acute myocardial infarction.Distributive ShockDistributive shock is characterized by severe vasodilation and hypotension often caused by sepsis, leading to impaired tissue perfusion despite normal cardiac output.Hypovolemic ShockHypovolemic shock is a life-threatening condition caused by severe blood or fluid loss leading to decreased tissue perfusion and cellular hypoxia.Obstructive ShockObstructive shock occurs when physical obstruction of blood flow impairs cardiac output, often caused by tension pneumothorax or cardiac tamponade.
