Overview

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Doctogenic, an educational website operated by Roscoe & Romano. By using Doctogenic, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Doctogenic.

Effective date: June 17, 2026

Educational use only

Doctogenic is provided for educational purposes only. It is designed to help medical students and other learners organize and review medical knowledge.

Doctogenic does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You must not use Doctogenic as a substitute for professional clinical judgment, medical care, or emergency services.

Eligibility

Doctogenic is intended for adult learners who are 18 or older. Do not use Doctogenic if you are under 18.

Accounts

You may need an account to access some features or subscription content. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs through your account.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your account information reasonably current. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account is being misused, shared improperly, compromised, or used in violation of these terms.

Privacy and cookie choices

Your use of Doctogenic is also described in our Privacy Policy. Doctogenic uses necessary cookies and browser storage for authentication, security, checkout, subscriptions, protected content access, and site operation.

Optional analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Microsoft Application Insights, and Microsoft Clarity, are used only if you opt in to analytics cookies. Microsoft Clarity can create heatmaps and session replay recordings on pages where Clarity is enabled. Clarity is not enabled on account, purchase, billing, checkout, Stripe-related, or admin pages. Rejecting non-essential analytics does not prevent you from using Doctogenic. You can reopen Cookie preferences from the site footer to change your analytics choice.

Subscriptions and billing

Some Doctogenic content or features may require a paid subscription. Subscription availability, scope, price, renewal terms, cancellation options, and access rules may be shown during checkout, in your account page, or through the payment processor.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize charges according to the terms shown at checkout and any applicable renewal terms.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law, fees are non-refundable once paid. If cancellation is available, cancellation may stop future renewal without automatically refunding prior charges.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Doctogenic, interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or bulk-download content without permission, bypass access controls, share paid-access credentials, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law.

Intellectual property

Doctogenic content, structure, design, text, software, and other materials are owned by Roscoe & Romano or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use Doctogenic for personal educational study. You may not copy, redistribute, publish, sell, license, or create competing datasets or services from Doctogenic content without written permission.

Accuracy and availability

We try to provide useful and accurate educational content, but errors, omissions, outdated information, or interruptions may occur. We do not guarantee that Doctogenic will be error-free, complete, uninterrupted, or available at all times.

Third-party services

Doctogenic may rely on third-party services for authentication, payment processing, hosting, security, monitoring, diagnostics, performance measurement, analytics, behavioral analytics, or other operations. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Doctogenic if we believe you violated these terms, created risk for other users, interfered with site operation, failed to pay required fees, or used the service in an unlawful or abusive way.

Disclaimers

Doctogenic is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roscoe & Romano disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.
